Since she was small, Mancunian Josephine Oniyama (she goes by Josephine) has been singing.
Her style ranges from soul to pop to message-driven songs with a clarity, soulfulness and originality, that is always the hallmark of a true artist.
Her first album, Portrait, was highly acclaimed by the Sunday Times, Mojo, Q and Uncut.
She toured the UK and Europe and played massive festivals everywhere.
She has released some new music, after collaborations and touring with Travis and Matthew Halsall.
