Female Singer Josephine

Music is brought back to the Old Vinyl Factory Sessions in the echo-laden old buildings in Hayes, West London.
Albums by The Beatles were pressed there.
And… the best British Record Players were made there as well ! Wow..
They are giving new musicians a chance to play 2 songs in this venerable setting.

Josephine played simple acoustic guitar and belted out her signature song.
Absolutely beautifully done! Clear, chimey, sweet and lovely come to mind.

Since she was small, Mancunian Josephine Oniyama (she goes by Josephine) has been singing.
Her style ranges from soul to pop to message-driven songs.
With a clarity, soulfulness and originality, that is always the hallmark of a true musician.

Her first album Portrait, was highly acclaimed by the Sunday Times, Mojo, Q and Uncut.
She toured the UK and Europe and played massive festivals everywhere.
Josephine has released some new music, after collaborations and touring with Travis and Matthew Halsall.
The new album is called: Til You and is released through Sound of Solar Records.
